Weekly Torah

“Shimon the Righteous… Would say: The world stands on three things: Torah, the service of G-d, and deeds of kindness.” -Mishna Avot 1:2

Jews unite worldwide every week as we study a portion of the Torah, our core text comprising the five Books of Moses. We chant from the Torah portion (or “parasha”) each Saturday morning at our Shabbat service. A sermon is also given by our Rabbi or our lay leaders.
